Arafats Kitchenhouse is located in the garden behind the main building. Cook Naima: From the beginning of the PLO in Tunis in 1982 we were two cooks in this house, taking turns. When Arafat left for Gaza in 1994 the other cook left. We both were Tunisians. Yes, drivers, cooks etc were Tunisians.
